Hot dipped Galvanized hardware with rectangular casing body in elegant design. FRP Square type Cooling Towers operates on the induced draft counter flow principle operation. The fan creates air movement vertically pulled upwards on tower across the fills in opposition to the water flow. Hot circulating water enters the water inlet headers and sprays through non clogging PP spray nozzle. Water distribution is even. Well designed PVC Drift Eliminators are fitted to reduce Drift Losses. Square Fiber Glass Cooling Towers are provided with Inspection door for easy access for inspection and maintenance. Q WATER DISTRIBUTION NOZZLE We are offering low pressure drop, non-clogging, ABS make solid cone type nozzle for distributing the water on the fill pack area. Each nozzle is designed to operate on a water fluctuating load as good as 20%. Each nozzle can cater the service area of 1.2m x 1.2m at an inlet pressure of 0.3 kg. Per cm.sq. Q DRIFT ELIMINATOR CCS Drift eliminators, to reduce carry over losses through of moistures drop in the air stream. The individual drift eliminators of s-shaped corrugated sheets are bonded with subsequent layer to creat the structure. Q PVC HONEYCOMB FILLS PVC Honeycomb type fills having extended contact area. Splits incoming air and water into several streams spread evenly across the water cross section increasing heat transfer rate easy to replace. Two types of oil heat exchanger are used to cool hydraulic oil: (1) shell-and-tube and (2) finned tube. The shell-and-tube oil heat exchanger has a series of tubes inside a closed cylinder. The oil flows through the small tubes, and the fluid receiving the heat (typically water) flows around the small tubes. Routing of the oil can be done to produce a single pass (oil enters one end and exits the other end) or a double pass (oil enters one end, makes a u-turn at the other end, and travels back to exit at the same end it entered).

Above is typically a shell and tube-type oil heat exchanger. The cooling water is pumped into the heat exchanger and flows around the tube bank. The hydraulic fluid, which is to be cooled, flows through the tubes. While flowing through the tubes, the fluid gives away heat to the water, thereby reducing its temperature. Advantages of Oil Type Heat Exchangers 1. They are very compact and cost-effective
